Facts
On the 4th of December, 2014 the appellant herein had gone to the compound where the deceased reside and in the course of quarrelling with the deceased dragged same to the road, jerked him up and fell him of the ground. The deceased died instantly in that process. Hence the appellant was charged for murder leading his conviction and sentence to death by the trial court.
On appeal, the conviction and sentence was affirmed by the Court of Appeal.
Aggrieved, the appellant further appealed to the Apex Court.
